Carrera Velvet Shampoo combines a premium Dense Snow Foam formula with a pH-neutral formulation designed to clean away dirt and grime while remaining gentle on vehicle surfaces.

Its rich foam provides maximum coverage during application, while pressure-washer and foam-lance compatibility makes it suitable for both DIY and professional-style washing.

1. Pour 100ml shampoo into 5 litres of clean water for DIY.
2. Pour 100ml shampoo into 900ml water with a pressure washer.
3. Wet the vehicle first.
4. Apply the shampoo solution using a soft cloth.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Dry with a clean, soft cloth.

Refund & Return Policy:

• Returns Only for Damaged Products: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for mistakenly ordered products are not accepted.
• Return Request: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at support@carrera.pk to request a return.
• Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
• Refund Process: Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during promotions or sales, as well as gifted items, are not eligible for return.
