Shipping Policy:

• Parcel opening is not allowed at the time of delivery.
• All orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000/-. Orders below Rs. 2,000/- will be charged Rs. 150/- delivery charges.
• Orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days. Orders weighing under 2 KG may be delivered sooner, while orders over 2 KG are delivered within the standard delivery window.
• NOTE: During sale periods, deliveries may take 6–10 business days.
• NOTE: Deliveries to weather-affected or other impacted areas may take additional time due to heavy rainfall, road closures, natural conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Return Policy:

• Returns Only for Damaged Products: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for mistakenly ordered products are not accepted.
• Return Request: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at support@carrera.pk to request a return.
• Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
• Refund Process: Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during promotions or sales, as well as gifted items, are not eligible for return.
